North District is a longer run than Tuen Mun / Yuen Long, so it sits in the second pricing zone. One thing here is unlike any other district: some villages fall inside the Frontier Closed Area, where a vacuum truck needs a Closed Road Permit, so it takes more notice to arrange.

Closed-area villages (permit needed)
Sha Tau Kok town and its rural area, Lo Wu, Man Kam To and parts of Ta Kwu Ling are inside the Frontier Closed Area; a vehicle needs a Closed Road Permit from the Border Closed Area Permit Office at Sheung Shui Police Station. Tell us when booking so we can allow time.
Tight village access
Narrow lanes and no parking at the door are common here. We run extra hose and price it against the actual distance, stated up front.

HK$1,500 per visit across Sheung Shui, Fanling, Ta Kwu Ling, Sha Tau Kok and Lo Wu, including 100 ft of hose; each extra 100 ft up to 500 ft is HK$200, beyond that quoted separately. Two or three houses in the same or a neighbouring village booked into one slot get HK$200 off each.
